How can i order?

You can order your Bela Forma fitness outfit or ladies sportswear online or by phone. Our online payment system is very easy to use. Just fill in the information required and click enter. What could be easier. Alternatively you can call our orderline on 01245 322761 We will take your name, address and credit card details over the phone. The payment will then be processed by Secure Trading and a confirmation of the order sent to you by email automatically. We can also provide product advice over the phone should you require it.

How are my items shipped? 

For UK orders we use Royal Recorded and Special Delivery. Both are tracked and insured services. We ask that you allow 14 days for delivery but in most cases items will be dispatched within 5 working days for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and the next working day in most cases when Royal Mail Special Delivery is selected. 

Lost Parcels

Royal Mail requires 28 days to investigate lost parcels. If your item is not delivered another will be dispatched after the 28 day period. The 28 days begins from notification to Royal Mail of the lost parcel. 

Outside of the UK

We use Royal Mail to send your gym wear parcel out of the UK. Local postal services are used when the parcel arrives in the country of destination. Your parcel will leave the UK within 2 days of dispatch but we cannot guarantee a delievry time as this is down to the local postal service of where the pacel is being sent. Customers are required to choose the relevant postage zone when completing the online order form. Your order may be subject to local taxes and duty. If the incorrect posrage zone is selected the your parcel will not be dispatched until the correct postage costs have been made.
