www.belaforma.com offers a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with your gym wear, yoga clothes, aerobic clothing or womens sportswear you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the value of the items purchased, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

On delivery of your product please treat it as if it is still our property until you make the decision that the product is definitely for you. By doing this it will be treated with respect and you will avoid any problems should you return it for an exchange or refund. Make up, deodorant marks, animal hairs or any other form of soiling on products returned will NOT be tolerated. By soiling clothing you are rendering the product unsaleable. Any soiled item returned to us will be sent back to the purchaser and no refund will be made. Our obligations to you and your rights as a consmer can be obtained within the Sale of Goods Act. We expect you to adhere to your obligations with regard returned items. 

Returns Period

Bela Forma goods can be returned for a prompt refund or exchange if they are received back at the address below within 14 days (28 days for overseas customers). The 14 (28 for overseas customers) days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you at your stated delivery address (checked with Royal Mail). This is the permitted cancellation period.

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please complete the form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.

We recommend that items being returned are sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection (Royal Mail provides a Recorded service). Please note all return postage charges are to be met by the customer.

If you require an exchange the cost of postage and packaging for returning the new item will be FREE for 1 occasion only (does not apply to sale items. Postage must be paid for exchanges on sale items as these products will be already reduced considerable in price.)

It is at the discretion of Rio Sport & Lesiure as to whether more than 1 exchange will be allowed. 

Goods cannot be returned if soiled in any way. Make-up and other marks will not be tollerated  on returned items. If goods are returned in a soiled condition then they will be returned to you and a charge for the postage will be made. If postage is not paid then the item will be held by Rio Sport & Lesiure and no refund will be made.

Fraudulent use or behavior will be reported to the Police immediately.

Rio Sport & Leisure reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

Please note rapid deterioration of your product will occur if the washing instructions are not adhered too. This is the responsibility of the customer. Washing instructions are attached to all products when new and should be kept by the customer for future reference.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
