Rio Sport & Leisure Ltd makes no (and expressly disclaims all) warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied by operation of law or otherwise including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness and/or currency, with respect to this site or its contents including but not limited to all information accessible via this site, products and materials, text graphics, hyperlinks and with respect to sites accessed from the Bela Forma website.

Colours

Whilst every effort has been made to present the true likeness of the product colour variations may occur on different screen resolutions and qualities. We therefore cannot guarantee colours will be as seen on your screen.

Washing and product care

All products will have the washing instructions clearly attached. All products will have instructions printed in English on a card tag attached to the product and a label sewn into a seam using international symbols for washing instructions. A failure to adhere to these instructions may result in a reduction in the quality of your product. Supplex is used in the production of most products. If items are tumble dried they WILL shrink. If they are washed above 40 degress or left to soak colour may run. Rio Sport and Leisure Ltd will not accept responsibility for customer negligence. No refund or exchange is offered to customers on products that have suffered defects through the customers own negligence.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
